Reflexx is constantly evolving and over the years has developed a strong focus on respect for human rights and the environment throughout the production chain.
For this reason Reflexx has decided to promote its Corporate Social Responsibility through a plan of voluntary actions in favor of the well-being of the society in which it operates and of the planet.
This plan has been called “Reflexx for Planet”, identifiable with the following new dedicated logo
In this way, in Reflexx, we aim to stand out for our ability to rethink business practices from an ethical and sustainable perspective, basing all operational choices on the concepts of CORRECTNESS, SERIOUSNESS, COMPLIANCE, SAFETY and ETHICS.

ETHICAL CODE
As a first step in its social responsibility, Reflexx has drawn up the company CODE OF ETHICS, in response to the many demands of the market and in line with a worldwide trend of attention to the ethical aspects of the business.
OUR CONCRETE ACTIONS
Every year Reflexx identifies a series of social and environmental activities of its territory considered worthy of economic support and also of direct commitment by some of us.
In the last 5 years Reflexx has donated approx 1,25% of its proft to large and small social initiatives, which operate in different areas, all sharing the goal of the common good.
